20 Type Roll Forming Line

Introduction:

The 20 Roll Forming Line is an automatic ceramic rolling forming production line developed by Huixiang Intelligent Equipment for daily-use ceramic cups, medium bowls, plates, and similar tableware products. Designed with a 20-series 60-mould configuration, the line integrates clay feeding, vacuum pugging, swing-head roll forming, edge washing, billet transfer, billet removal, and drying into one continuous production process.

The model HCX20-1-1-60SK is suitable for ceramic products with a maximum finished size of up to Φ145mm × H100mm. It can produce cups, medium bowls, and plates with a maximum green body diameter of up to Φ145mm. The standard configuration includes 60 plaster moulds, and the production capacity is approximately 15–18 pieces per minute, depending on actual product shape, clay condition, and production requirements.
